About Community Association Insurance Consulting
Who We Are
At Community Association Insurance Consulting, we specialize in providing tailored insurance solutions for community associations. Our experienced team understands the unique challenges these organizations face and is committed to offering expert guidance.
About the Founder
Maureen entered the HOA property management field in 2012 as a Community Association Manager. She managed a portfolio consisting of 14 communities and over 1,600 units. In addition, she spent some time managing onsite in a large Master Planned community and supervised a new manager who was transitioning out of an administrative role to become a Community Manager.
In 2015, after completing her MBA, she took on the role of Insurance Manager for the communities that were managed in her office. She managed the renewal process, coordinated RFP’s and complied received bids for the 245 clients. In addition, she managed the insurance claims for the office.
In 2020 Maureen started Community Association Insurance Consulting to help more communities understand and navigate their insurance policies.
